An administrative law judge (ALJ) denies a company's motion to reopen a hearing to introduce into the record additional documents concerning the underground storage tanks (USTs) at five of its service stations, and to present further testimony concerning three of the four USTs at one of its bulk plant. At the prior hearing the company was found liable for its failure to conduct inventory control for USTs containing petroleum at several of its gasoline service stations.
