An EPA administrative law judge (ALJ) granted in part and denied in part a motion for partial accelerated decision on liability in a complaint against the owner of underground storage tanks at six gas stations. EPA alleged that the owner violated rules for release detection, prevention, and correction under the Solid Waste Disposal Act. The ALJ determined that EPA had met the standards of fact for accelerated decision on all but three of 21 counts.
