The Coastal Resources Commission proposed amendments to 15A N.C. Admin. Code 07H .2701, .2704, and .2705; and 07J .0409. The proposed amendments would revise the Commission's general permit for the construction of riprap sills for wetland enhancement in estuarine and public trust waters in order to make the general permit consistent with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regional general permit for living shorelines. A hearing will be held February 28, 2019. Comments are due March 18, 2019.
