The Department of Energy and Environment proposed to adopt Chapter 24, Nonwoven Disposable Products Labeling. The proposed adoption would establish rules for determining the flushibility of nonwoven disposable wipes and specify the labeling requirements for those products. Comments are due April 14, 2019.
