The Department of Environmental Protection proposed amendments to N.J. Admin. Code §7:9B. The proposed amendments would upgrade 749 river miles to Category One antidegradation designation based on exceptional ecological significance and exceptional fisheries resource, and reclassify waters based on trout sampling data.
