would amend the Food, Agriculture, Conservation and Trade Act of 1990 to designate certain research and extension grants to increase participation by women and underrepresented minorities in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics as "Jeannette Ranking Women and Minorities in STEM Field Grants."
