would provide for further consideration of H.R. 6157, which would make appropriations for DOD for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and H.R. 2083, which would amend the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 to reduce predation on endangered Columbia River salmon and other nonlisted species.
