Settling CAA defendants that released hazardous air pollutants from three natural gas processing plants and one natural gas treatment plant in the cities of Coahoma, Midkiff, Cisco, and Big Lake, Texas, must perform injunctive relief and pay a civil penalty of $3,125,000.
