Settling CERCLA and RCRA defendants must perform work at operable unit 2 (OU2) of the Omega Chemical Corporation Superfund site in Los Angeles County, California; must pay $8 million in unreimbursed U.S. costs incurred at OU2; must pay $70,000 in unreimbursed state costs; and must pay for future response costs.
