Under a CERCLA settlement agreement, the corporate successor to former uranium mine operators at several sites in McKinley County, New Mexico, will provide EPA with either a distribution of $2,000,000 upon confirmation and consummation of a reorganization plan under Chapter 11 or $1,000,000 on the effective date of an alternate restructuring plan.
