The court modifies a consent decree, 6 ELR 20588, governing promulgation of technology-based effluent limitations for toxic water pollutants under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. Upon consideration of Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Modify the Consent Decree and all papers submitted and proceedings had in support thereof and in response thereto, it is hereby ORDERED this 6th day of January, 1984 that Defendants' Motion to Modify the Consent Decree is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the Consent Decree in this case approved by this Court on June 8, 1976 and modified by this Court on March 9, 1979, October 26, 1982 and August 2, 1983, be, and hereby is, revised to permit the regulations required by Paragraph 7(b) to be proposed and promulgated according to the following schedule:
