The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin proposed to amend Wisc. Admin Code §135.019(1), pertaining to federal pipeline safety regulations. The changes update the section to incorporate updated federal safety regulations for natural gas pipelines. The deadline for comment is September 30, 2014.
