China Update

ELR China Update™ is a quarterly newsletter to inform environmental professionals about new developments in Chinese environmental law.

Written by expert attorneys from the law firm Hogan Lovells and from the Research Institute of Environmental Law of Wuhan University and edited by ELR’s professional staff, this reporting service covers environmental legal and policy developments at the national and provincial level regarding climate and energy policy, manufacturing, importation and exportation, natural resources, product safety, worker safety, and other major environmental issues, such as water quality and supply.

The July-September 2013 issue of ELR's China Update provides a review of Chinese environmental developments for 2012. It also looks at environmental tort litigation in China, as well as energy regulation and legislation.
