The Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking public comment on its Tactical Basin Plan for Basin 5, which includes most waters that drain into the northern section of Lake Champlain. The plan is intended to protect high quality surface waters, and restore waters within the basin that do not meet the state's water quality standards.
