The Department of Environmental Conservation amended the Air Pollution Control Regulations, Subchapter III. Changes update the state’s ambient air quality standards for particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, ozone, and lead in order to maintain consistency with NAAQS.
