The Department of Energy is proposing to amend Or. Admin. R. 330-230-0150 and 330-090-0160, pertaining to the Business Energy Tax Credit and Energy Incentives Program. The changes will amend the rules for the credit transfer process. A hearing is scheduled for August 25, 2015. The deadline for comment is August 26, 2015.
