The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend various portions of Ohio Admin. Code 1501:31-23-02 regarding threatened species designations. Changes would remove the Peregrine falcon from, and add the Rufa red knot to the state's list of threatened species. A public hearing will be held March 19, 2015.
