The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is proposing to amend 15A N.C. Admin Code 09L .1009, pertaining to neonicotinoids. The changes would incorporate the provisions of U.S. EPA’s national pollinator protection strategy and neonicotinoid pesticide labeling and pesticide application notification requirements.
