The Water Quality Control Commission is proposing to amend N.M. Code R. §20.6.4 regarding water quality standards. Changes include revisions to general and numeric criteria, compliance provisions, uses and criteria for unclassified waters and some classified segments, and provisions for site-specific criteria.
