The Department of Environmental Services will readopt Environmental Code 601, Administrative Fine Procedures, following the expiration of the rule on October 28, 2014. Changes expand the procedures for violation fines and renumbers them 601-605. A public hearing will be held Friday, October 17, 2014 at 11:00a.m., and the deadline for comment is 4:00p.m. Wednesday, October 29, 2014.
