The Fish and Wildlife Commission is proposing to amend Mont. Admin. R. 12.6.2204, .2208, and .2215 regarding exotic species. Changes would add Pacific white shrimp to the state's controlled species list and add the African soft fur rat, or natal rat, to the prohibited species list.
