The Department of Natural Resources proposed an amendment to Mo. Code Regs. tit. 10, §100.6.010, Underground Storage Tank Operator Training. The amendment requires that operators demonstrate that they have been trained in the proper operation of the tank systems. The deadline for comment is October 17, 2014.
