The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection will be holding three general listening sessions to inform and receive feedback from the public on the upcoming amendment process for 18 regulatory packages as per Executive Order 562 to reduce unnecessary regulatory burden. The Department will accept for review written comments that were received prior to the listening sessions. Listening sessions will be held on September 29 and 30 and on October 1.
