The Department of Natural Resources adopted amendments to 62 Ill. Admin. Code 240, the Ill. Oil and Gas Act. The updates would incorporate language regarding a filing fee for petitions for hearings, adjust fees relating to permits, transfers, and annual wells, and eliminate language relating to transfers that involve over 50 wells.
