The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is proposing to amend Fla. Admin. Code r.68A-27.003 and .0031 regarding endangered and threatened species. Changes would update the state endangered and threatened species list to reflect updated federal ESA listings, including the addition of seven mollusks, the Florida bonneted bat, and the rufa red knot.
