The Department of the Environment is proposing to adopt D.C. Code Mun. Regs. tit. 21, §§1800 to 1834 and 1899 regarding well regulations. The new chapter would establish standards and procedures for the construction, maintenance, and abandonment of wells in the district. The deadline for comment is July 13, 2015.
