The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection proposed to amend Conn. Agencies Regs. §§22a.133v.1-7 and adopt new §§22a.133v.2(e)(7) and 133v.2(e)(8), pertaining to the State Board of Examiners of Environmental Professionals. Changes would allow for greater flexibility in fulfilling continuing education requirements. The deadline for comment is July 23, 2014, and a public hearing will be held that day.
