The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed updates to 6 Col. Code of Regs. 1014-3, “Cleanup of Methamphetamine Laboratories.” The revisions include establishing cleanup standards, promulgating testing and contamination evaluating procedures, and establishing fees and rules for a training and certification program for those involved in the assessment and decontamination process for the labs.
