The California Energy Commission is proposing to amend Cal. Pub. Util. Code §399.11 regarding the renewable portfolio standard for local publicly owned utilities. Changes would clarify existing regulations, including requirements for bundled and resale transactions. A workshop will be held April 9, 2015, and a public adoption hearing will be held June, 10, 2015. The deadline for comment is May 11, 2015.
