The Department of Pesticide Regulation is proposing to amend various portions of Cal. Code Regs. tit. 3, §§6000-6784 regarding field fumigation. Changes would revise approved field fumigation methods in the Sacramento Metro, San Joaquin Valley, South Coast, Southeast Desert, and Ventura ozone nonattainment areas.
