The Department of Food and Agriculture proposed to adopt 3 Cal. Code of Regs. §3441, and amend §§3591.13(a) and (b), all relating to the Bactrocera correcta Interior Quarantine. The changes grant the state authority to enact quarantine rules against the guava fruit fly. The deadline for comment is November 17, 2014 for §3441, and November 24, 2014 for §§3591.13(a) and (b).
