The Regulatory Commission of Alaska is proposing to adopt regulations from Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, regarding the integration and purchase of electric power between an electric utility and a qualifying facility. More specifically, the proposed changes pertain to rules governing cogeneration and small power production, reporting requirements of the qualifying facility, and the distinction between firm and non-firm power.
