United States v. Tradebe Treatment and Recycling Northeast, LLC

A settling CAA and RCRA defendant that failed to comply with EPA regulations for off-site waste and recovery operations at its facilities in Bridgeport and Meriden, Connecticut, and with permits issued under RCRA must maintain full compliance with its permits at the facilities and with applicable hazardous waste regulations, install new air emissions control systems, adopt additional emissions reduction measures for a two-year period, and pay a $525,000 civil penalty.
