A settling RCRA defendant that endangered wildlife at a commercial oilfield waste disposal facility in Converse County, Wyoming, must pay a $90,000 civil penalty, take measures to prevent future endangering conditions, and implement a mitigation project at Burlington Lake in Gillette, Wyoming, consisting of construction of an artificial island to enhance nesting and bird habitat.
