United States v. Estate of William Troy Burford

Under a consent decree for response costs and natural resource damages at the site of a former chemical processing facility in Flowood, Mississippi, a CERCLA defendant will receive $2,500 plus fees and administrative expenses from insurance proceeds, 95 percent of the remaining $257,500 settlement will go to the United States, and 5 percent will go to Mississippi.
