The Office of Kentucky Nature Preserves proposed amendments to 400 Ky. Admin. Regs. 4:125, :130, and :140. The proposed amendments would, among other things, remove horseback riding from those land uses that conform to the purpose and intent of the Kentucky Wild Rivers Act, and provide a clear understanding of the change of use permit standards necessary for the preservation and enhancement of wild rivers.
