The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Or. Admin. R. 340-257-0030 and adopt 340-257-0030, -0050, and -0090. The proposed amendments and adoptions would conform with California's vehicle emissions standards and update Oregon's administrative rules in response to changes that have occurred in California by updating definitions and dates in the Oregon rules and incorporating the updated California rules by reference. A hearing will be held October 1, 2018. Comments are due October 2, 2018.
