The Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §§80-2.010, -11.010, and -12.010. The proposed amendments would, among other things, incorporate definitions found in 40 C.F.R. 257 pursuant to requirements for a federally approved state coal combustion residuals program and modify the provisions for utility waste landfills.
