The Alabama Department of Environmental Management proposed amendments to Ala. Admin. Code r. 335-5-1-.05 to -.07 and 335-5-3-.02. The proposed amendments would align provisions described in the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act and clarify programmatic requirements associated with those provisions.
