The Sagebrush Ecosystem Council proposed temporary regulations to require mitigation through the Sagebrush Ecosystem Program. The proposed regulation would clarify requirements to mitigate certain anthropogenic disturbance in greater sage-grouse habitat. A hearing will be held March 19, 2019.
