The California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery proposed to add §17988 to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14-7-4. The proposal would clarify administrative procedures and establish the administrative certification fee for the Reusable Grocery Bag Program. A hearing will be held August 15, 2018.
