The Idaho Soil and Water Conservation Commission proposed amendments to Idaho Admin. Code r. 60.05.01.103 and .151. The amendments would expedite the loan process under the Resource Conservation & Rangeland Development Program by allowing applicants to begin construction before liens are filed and allowing a higher maximum loan limit for applicants. The Idaho State Soil and Water Conservation Commission proposed amendments to Idaho Admin. Code r. 60.05.01. The proposed amendments would incorporate more comprehensive and adaptable credit standards for the Resource Conservation and Rangeland Development Program, and give the Commission more flexibility to set loan limits.
