The Oregon Department of Energy proposed to amend Or. Admin. R. 330-135, concerning changes to the 1.5 Percent Green Energy Technology (GET) program. The amendments would, among other things, reduce the passive solar threshold, add battery storage as a GET, and exempt airports from the definition of "public building" under the program. A hearing will be held December 5, 2019, and comments are due that same date. See https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/ viewRedlinePDF.action?filingRsn=42600.
