The Department of Fish and Wildlife proposed amendments to Wash. Admin. Code §§220-320-010, 220-330-090, and 220-610-010. The proposed amendments would remove pinto abalone from the list of food fish/shellfish potentially available for harvest and add it to the state's list of endangered species.
