The New Mexico Environment Department proposed amendments to N.M. Code R. §20.3.123. The proposed amendments would update petroleum storage tank regulations to ensure that certain processes for stakeholders are streamlined, such as the introduction of a limited scope bid process for small remediation projects and a more rapid administrative appeal process for offerors whose bids were not selected. A hearing will be held October 12, 2018, and comments are due that same date. See http://164.64.110.134/nmac/nmregister/xxix/Environotice3_xxix17english….
