The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency proposed to reissue a NPDES/State Disposal System General Permit. The proposed reissuance would cover wastewater treatment facilities within the state of Minnesota that (1) have existing stabilization and/or aerated pond systems with a controlled discharge; (2) predominantly treat domestic sewage; (3) discharge during predefined, allowed discharge windows; (4) meet predetermined effluent limitations; and (5) are Agency-classified as Class D facilities. Comments are due November 16, 2018.
