The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection proposed amendments to 310 Mass. Code Regs. 44.00 and 45.00. The proposed amendments would clarify that enhanced subsidies may be offered to borrowers for categories of projects designated by the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust in the annual project solicitation as priority projects.
