The Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 43, §501. The proposed amendments would clarify that the commonly employed waste removal practices and waste material quantities remaining thereafter in large marine tanks such as marine supply vessel permanent cargo tanks are acceptable under the current definitions.
