The Department of Public Health proposed amendments to Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, §845. The proposed amendments would implement PA 98-690 while introducing language to provide clarity to existing processes utilized by the Department, and reduce the blood lead poisoning level from 10 to five micrograms per deciliter.
