 The California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board proposed amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 8, §5189. The amendments would incorporate by reference OSHA’s minor technical amendments to the process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals standard. A hearing will be held February 20, 2020. Comments are due the same date.
